Discreet seals, correctly fitted beads and careful adjustment can reduce rattles and air leakage. Where glazing improvements are suitable, sash depth, weight, historic significance and any consent requirements are considered before the specification is agreed.
Traditional details and finishes
Long-lasting restoration depends on more than the visible joinery. Putty, external junctions, paint systems, ventilation and surrounding masonry all influence performance, so we consider how the whole window assembly is behaving.
